What it detects

  Items that are sellable on one platform but out of stock or unavailable on the other.

• Missing & ghost products

  Products live in Shopify but absent from Merchant Center — or listed in Merchant Center after being removed from Shopify.

• Approval issues

  Merchant Center item-level approval and disapproval status, so suppressed listings surface before they cost you traffic.

How it works

1. Install on ShopifyThe app requests only the read-only read_products permission to see your catalog.
2. Connect Google Merchant CenterLink the Merchant Center account you want monitored, using your own Google login.
3. Review the findingsCommerce Observability compares both catalogs and reports drift, so you can fix it where it happened — in Shopify or Merchant Center.
